Short answer
For a long walk or run, follow Strandstråket along the coast between Spillepeng in the south and Lödde å in the north. For measured loops, Lomma kommun lists Habo Fure (3 km), Spillepengen (1.3, 2.4 and 3.7 km; the 1.3 km loop is the municipality's only lit trail), Borgeby IP (1.6 km), Karstorp and Öresundsparken (1 km each) and Fladängsparken (400 m). For woodland, Kyrkfuret north of Lomma and neighbouring Haboljungs fure together form the municipality's largest continuous forest.

The coast: Strandstråket
Strandstråket runs from Spillepeng to Lödde å, mostly on footpath or trail with some hard-surfaced, more accessible sections. Skåneleden stages 11–13 also pass through Bjärred and Lomma towards Spillepengen.

Measured running loops
Habo Fure: 3 km from the Scoutstugan car park. Spillepengen: 1.3, 2.4 and 3.7 km, the shortest one lit. Borgeby IP: 1.6 km. Karstorp: 1 km (outside school hours). Öresundsparken: 1 km. Fladängsparken: 400 m from the outdoor gym. The municipality notes these loops are not adapted for accessibility.
Woodland: Kyrkfuret and Haboljungs fure
Kyrkfuret is a nature reserve north of Lomma with walking paths, a running loop and the Höje å walking corridor. It adjoins Haboljungs fure, another reserve, where dogs must be kept on a lead.

Parks and nature walks
Alnarpsparken at SLU in Alnarp is best walked in its wooded southern part, according to the municipality. Bjersundsparken in southern Bjärred, near the beach, holds the remains of the old brickworks. Five "Gröna slingor" walks link nature and local history around Lomma, Bjärred and Borgeby; the municipality gives their length as about 6.5 km. At Löddeåns mynning, a coastal path links the Löddesnäs car park with Bjärehovs brygga; respect the nesting-season closures.
