Where can I park at Lomma beach and Långa Bryggan?

Parking in Lomma and Bjärred: beach, harbour and Långa Bryggan

Short answer

Lomma kommun charges for parking at Varvstorget, Sjögatan and Sandhamnsgatan in Lomma and at Saltsjöbadparken in Bjärred from 1 June to 31 August; its page lists SEK 15 per hour, maximum SEK 80 per day (page updated 14 November 2025). For Lomma beach, the municipality points to parking east of Södra Västkustvägen and south of Fyrkantsdammen via Campingvägen; for Långa Bryggan, Bjerreds Saltsjöbad via Parkallén or Carl Olssons väg. Unless signs say otherwise, parking is allowed for 24 hours. Always follow the signs on site.

Lomma beach (Lomma norra)

The municipality names two car parks for the beach north of the harbour entrance: east of Södra Västkustvägen at the northern end of the boat-storage area, and south of Fyrkantsdammen, reached via Campingvägen. Accessible parking is marked at Stiltjeplatsen and Tullhustorget.

Lomma harbour and Hamnhusen

For the harbour, Kajgatan's restaurants and the Hamnhusen / T-bryggan bathing spot, park on Sandhamnsgatan, Sjögatan or Varvstorget. All three are charged from 1 June to 31 August.

Långa Bryggan and Bjerreds Saltsjöbad

The municipality directs drivers to Bjerreds Saltsjöbad via Södra Västkustvägen and Parkallén, or to parking along Carl Olssons väg. Saltsjöbadparken is charged in summer; check the signs, as the spaces do not all share the same rules.

Habo Ljung

Parking for Habo Ljung's beach is on the western side of Södra Västkustvägen. The municipal page does not list a fee for it.

Come by train or bike instead

On warm summer weekends the beach car parks fill up. Lomma station has a cycle garage and bike parking along the platform, and park-and-ride parking east of the tracks. For electric cars, the municipality publishes a map of public charging points.
